Old Navy’s 'Buy Online and Pickup In-Store' services expanded exponentially during the pandemic. With the goal to make the customer shopping experience quicker, safer and more worry-free, we needed to overhaul the look and experience of the program.
What I Loved: Working with design to create simple-to-follow directions and seeing it come to life in-store.
